2. **Products**
The products offered for sale by Clément Boutillon are those listed on the website on the day the customer accesses the site, within the limits of available stock. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, especially in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by multiple customers. 5. **Ordering Procedure**
5.1 **Product Selection**

They can review their selection by clicking on “My Cart” in the top right menu. A page will display the photo(s) of the product(s), their color(s) and reference(s), the chosen quantity, their unit price(s), and the subtotal of the selection. Delivery costs and the applicable VAT will be calculated on the same page and displayed in the total order amount to be paid by the customer.
5.2 **Validation of Delivery Method**
On the cart page, customers can see the different available delivery methods below the selected items and choose the method that suits them best.
5.3 **Order Confirmation and Shipping Information**
After selecting the product(s), the customer should click “Proceed to Checkout” to start the order process.
They will be prompted to enter their email address and provide the necessary delivery information for the proper shipment of their order: shipping country, title, first name, last name, phone, and shipping address.

6. **Prices, Accepted Payment Methods**

Product prices are stated in Euros. For sales outside the European Union, customs clearance and payment of various duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Clément Boutillon reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered on the website at any time and without notice. Products are invoiced based on the rates displayed on the website at the time of your order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at that time.
All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately when placing your order.

8. **Delivery Terms**
8.1 **Delivery Zone**
Delivery refers to the physical handover of the product to the customer (“Delivery”).

For security reasons, Clément Boutillon will not process any order that provides a postal office box, a hotel, a post office box, or a Cedex address.
The products are shipped to the specified delivery address provided during the order process.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, Clément Boutillon will make every effort to prepare the order within two weeks from the day following the receipt of payment.
Unless stated otherwise, the delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order. To ensure these deadlines are met, the customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address, including street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.
The products will be shipped by La Poste or DHL. Clément Boutillon disclaims any responsibility for excessively long delivery times due to postal services and for product loss or strikes. The transportation risks are borne by the buyer, who must file a motivated complaint with the postal services within three business days of delivery. Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the ordered products will not be transferred to the buyer until the total price, including delivery costs, has been paid.
However, despite all the care taken by Clément Boutillon in packaging, it is possible that an item may be missing or that one of the items may be damaged after shipment. Therefore, upon receiving the order, the buyer should check the conformity of the items received. Any claims made after this period will release Clément Boutillon from any liability. Return costs will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Clément Boutillon. If the aforementioned conditions are met, Clément Boutillon will then either exchange or refund the defective product(s) or re-ship the missing product (subject to the validity of the buyer’s request). In the case of a product consisting of several sub-products, only the damaged or defective sub-product can be refunded or exchanged.
9. **Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds.**
9.1 **Rights and Withdrawal Deadlines**
You have a legal right of withdrawal that you can exercise under the conditions provided by Articles L. 121-21, L. 121-21-1, and L. 121-21-2 of the French Consumer Code if you meet the conditions set out in these provisions, without having to justify your reasons and without having to pay penalties.
Clément Boutillon’s general return policy (for all refund requests) allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the products, without having to provide reasons and without incurring penalties. After this period, you can no longer exercise your right of withdrawal.
Therefore, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) business days to return the product(s) they ordered if they are not entirely satisfied. This period starts from the day of receiving the order. If the conditions mentioned above are met, Clément Boutillon will refund the sums paid by the buyer within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the parcel by Clément Boutillon (the date of receipt by Clément Boutillon serving as notification to Clément Boutillon of the buyer’s exercise of their right of withdrawal). After this fourteen (14) day period, the delivered products will be deemed compliant with the buyer’s order and accepted by them.
