The ceramic wall light designed by the artist takes inspiration from his passion for mountains. The lamp is handcrafted from ceramic (earthenware) in the artist’s workshops in Burgundy. It captures the organic and earthy shapes of canyons and reveals, through its light, the lamp’s more organic interior, creating a contrast between the inside and the outside. The Canyon collection is now composed of two items with the candle holder and the lamp.

From the Alps to Luxury Interior Decor.
This ceramic wall light, conceived by the designer, fits into the “Canyon” collection, which he envisioned. The Alps are the creator’s favorite playground. Clément ventures out equipped for a few days of total autonomy, discovering the summits at daybreak. Always equipped with a film camera, he finds inspiration for some of his creations, especially for the “Mountain” collection.
This modern wall light intertwines inspirations between the designer’s memories, research for inspiration, and his design work. As a continuation of the Canyon candle holder, the result is a sculptural lamp where a telluric ambiance blends within a pure and minimalist form.
This first wall light also marks the journey into the world of interior decoration for the designer, who plans to create handmade objects for high-end contemporary French decoration with a unique signature identity.
French-Made Contemporary Wall light.
The Canyon wall light is made of glazed white earthenware. The designer combines digital techniques with handcrafting to achieve this modern and refined creation. The lamp’s exterior surface is telluric, designed with modernity, while the interior presents a different, more organic and fluid aesthetic that is revealed through the light.
The ceramic wall light features a glossy finish while retaining the artisanal character of a piece manufactured in the designer’s studios in the heart of Burgundy, France. Each piece is made through molding, then cut, refined, and glazed in the designer’s studio. The entire creation and manufacturing process takes place in the workshops, from design to mold-making.
How to Install the Designer Wall Light.
The wall light can be installed in two ways: either recessed using a terminal block in a junction box installed in the wall, or plugged into a standard socket using the switch plug. Installation of the luminaire is done with two screws and anchors (or molly bolts for installation on plasterboard), onto which the lamp fits.
